This is an excellent set of quality, well made tools that are perfectly sized, easy to handle and use. They preformed really well, quickly cutting small trees, branches, shrubs, and the extension pole is so helpful for safely and easily reaching tall limbs without needing a ladder. An advantage this set has from other sellers is including the carry bag. No one else seems to sell one. It is so useful and helpful to keep everything together for working. It’s well thought out and has separate pockets to hold the chain saw, the pruning shears, each of the two batteries and charger, with velcro straps to hold the tools in place, including for the extension pole. I bought additional separate kits to also have storage carry cases. JOVANT customer support is exceptional. They really do respond very quickly to resolve some questions and issues I had. I would not hesitate buying additional tools from them in the future because of the good quality construction, good value, and great customer support.

This is a great tool for trimming fruit trees especially lemon trees where it is difficult to prune by hand. Product support is excellent, Battery Life is excellent and a great value for the money, even comes with an extra chain for the chainsaw.

For those of you who have trees large enough to require a ladder or a landscaper for trimming, HERE is what you need to look at. I recently got one of these & tested it out. One word...AMAZING! The main components: 6" Chainsaw, Electric Pruners, Telescoping Pole 2 x 4 AH Batteries & Charger. I tested it out & the chainsaw (while attached to the pole) cut through a 2" limb in about 5 seconds and smaller ones in much less time. While on the tree, the pruners cut through branches twice the size of what you could cut with hand pruners without breaking a sweat. I made over 100 cuts cutting the branches in 2-foot lengths. When I was done, the Battery Indicator Light still showed 4 out of 4 bars. Put in on the charger and charged in less than 20 minutes. It even comes with a Carrying Case & two spare chains & chain bar. Also has a built-in chain oiler on the Chainsaw. This just makes it a lot easier & almost fun. Worth every Penny!

Worked decent. The chain did come off the track a couple times when using the chainsaw which was annoying and I didn't like the location of the safety button as I am left handed. All in all though I liked the product and would recommend.

I am very impressed with the chain saw and cutting shears. I had bought another brand of pole pruning saw but had to return to the store because it was too heavy and not powerful enough to cut tree branches. This multi-tool is light and powerful. I am a small person (5' 1" and weight less than 107 lbs) this tool makes it easy for me to climb a ladder and safely reach high branches on my oak trees...saves me $300 or more per tree in my property.

I bought this unit because it was perfectly tailored to trimming oaks on my property. I wasn't sure if it would be good quality, but I am super-impressed with how well it works. A very clever design and its 2-in-1 design can't be found with any other devices. It is very rugged, as I've been pretty tough on it. I bought a third, extra battery, but don't waste your money - the two that come with it are more than enough. Truthfully, I haven't used the chain saw yet because the pruners work so well.
