Marking of Holes

This good quality solid wood handrail comes already stained with a glossy, light color wood finish;but it's easy to stain it with a color of your choice to match with your staircase or whatever you want the color to match with.Just sand it and apply a water base wood stain and polyethylene combo, let it dry and install it with the included 3 metal brackets, screws and a drill head, install it where you need it, around your staircase or any location where you need a safety handrails,It's strongly recommend to attach the included metal brackets to the wall studs, with the included set of screws, not to the drywall only, to help improve safety.It's a good size, thick enough to grip, one piece solid wood.I ordered the 5 feet long, and it came with 3 strong metal fastening brackets, which provide a good distance from the wall to the handrail for an easy and safe hand grip.I installed this wooden hand rail next to our staircase on the wall for an extra safety.I sanded it with a fine sand paper and applied an expresso color glossy water base stain and polyurethane combo, to match it with our staircase color.It came out very nice, see my pictures.

This railings is great. All finished and smooth. Serves important purpose to balance on stairs. Install was good and is secure. The handrail is wide and thick to hold on to. Color matches pretty well to my oak stain. Thank you.

These railings are nice and high quality. My husband does renovations and the homeowner asked for these to be installed. They just screw into the wall like you’re hanging a picture frame. We recommend screwing them into studs so that they are safe to put weight on. They seem durable and look great!
