Was a Christmas gift for my son, at set up it never turned on. We watched the video from the instructions and still never turned on. Quality looks good I just wish it worked.

Purchased the Tina2 Plus as a Christmas present for my 8 yo grandson and have been very pleased! Being new to 3D printing I watched a few you tube videos to get an idea of what to expect before he opened it. Set up was a breeze using the Poloprint Cloud app and my grandson was printing items from the app catalog within a few minutes. Directions are pretty clear and print quality is outstanding. We had a power interruption which, due to operator error upon recovery, resulted in a print head calibration issue. I found email support very responsive and was able to quickly resolve the problem.
