DO NOT PURCHASE!The one time I don't read the reviews before buying I don't get what is stated. I needed the thin METAL bars that are described and pictured. But thick plastic cheap bars I'd what it came with instead. As many other purchasers have already commented.Very disappointing.

A heavier patient leans on the headdress with his arms and it broke. I never thought that the headrest could break like that but it did. The arms that insert into the massage table or plastic period they looked sturdy and thick but it did break on me. I only had this product for less than a week before broke

Item is not what it looks like or is described. I am very disappointed because I thought I had finally found the head rest to fit my table, Insert is plastic and to wide. Not what it displays or describes on the website.

Very flimsy plastic, it's held up longer than I thought, but it just doesn't ever feel like it's secure.
