When the exam bed arrived, the shipping box was all torn with holes in it, exposing the frame and bed. When I opened the box, the frame and shelf had several marred places. The directions did not match the bed! The screw holes on the bed did not accurately match the frame! I am going to have to go to the hardware store and find some hardware to secure the bed to the frame. Had I known this, I would have never bought this bed. Poorly made. Poorly packaged. Amazon, you blew it.
