This product is very poorly designed.Attaching the legs was a hassle; one need to unscrew a notch loosen the legs before it could align with the premade holes. Then tighten every nut to make the pure wooden frame sturdy. But the top of the mat is foam covered composite material which doesn't hold the screws tightly. So, it can NEVER be lifted holding on the mat only.

The top of the matt table is great. The wood is nice in the frame. The assembly of the table however was difficult. The screws for the legs needed to be redrilled.

I purchased this matted platform to help me with stretches that I need to do on a regular basis. I just finished 4 weeks of physical therapy sessions due to surgery on my neck. I really like the platforms my PT had, so I decided to purchase one for myself. This model is perfect for my needs. It arrived in great condition and was easy to put together. The mat has just the right amount of padding and is constructed very well. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this product. If you are looking for a platform to help you with exercises and stretching, look no further.

First problem: Ordered BLUE and received BLACK platform. Way too heavy to send back for correct color, so just going to keep. Really disappointed!Second problem: one of the legs was pre-assembled in a mal-aligned position. As a result, the predrilled holes meant for the consumer to put screws in did not line up. We noticed other reviewers had similar problems. Again, because this is such a big, heavy item and hard to handle, we decided just to deal with it rather than return.The box arrived pretty beat up, actually gaping open in several places, but there was no damage to the platform.Platform itself is really nice. 2-stars is because of the other problems we encountered.

This is perfect for doing stretches, etc. at home...I'm getting old and creaky, and getting down on the floor to do stretches, etc. was nearly impossible. So, I avoided doing it...and I got fatter and older/creakier. Very sturdy and solid. Be prepared for the delivery--it's very large and heavy and a trucker had to bring it special. Considering that the price included delivery, it was definitely worth the price..

I absolutely love my mat table to do my exercises that the physical therapist gave me. My husband put it together and had it set up for me the same evening it arrived. I can't get down on the floor to work out because I am paralyzed from the waist down, although the I am getting feeling back in my hips, thighs, and now my calves are slowly coming back. I can transfer with or without my board and do my exercises at my conveniences. This table is a smaller version of the larger tables in rehab facilities. It is built so well and padded just like the larger ones.
