I called the customer service line before I installed the gate because I had a question about reinforcing the gate since it would be used standalone instead of connecting to a fence. When I called, someone picked up within the first two rings and answered all my questions. No telephone menu, hold time, hard to understand foreign accent, etc. They were able to answer my question about my install and gave me some ideas. The gate is very easy to assemble. The hardest part is the time it takes to get everything flush and level and the right distance apart. I did all the measuring and placing the posts and setting the fast setting quikrete first. While that set I assembled the rest of the gate and had some dinner. Then once the concrete had time to set fully I installed the hinges and then the latch. Came it great. Great quality for a reasonable price from a quality company.

Just love this Picket Fence. Easy to install, good quality. Looks great. I got an estimate for $5,300.00. It cost me $1,000 to do it myself. Thank you zippity. Highly recommend.

Blew right over in the first wind and snapped out in several places, even though I had several sections screwed together..Used the remaining gate on an existing wooden patio and the screws are so short after opening and closing a few times they pulled right out of my brand new wooden deck, so be prepared to buy a ton of longer screws. This is ONLY for aesthetics DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.The plastic is SO flimsy, my 50lb dogs walk right through the gate slats without any sign of breaking out. The latch came unscrewed so many times I just got rid of that too.

We purchased 4 boxes to create an area for small children to play in our backyard with a pool. We added a gate and it looks beautiful. We had a little assembly line to make the panels it was super quick. Love how easy the assembly is thank you. We love this purchase!

We bought this fencing last year due to the lumber shortages and cost of installing a new privacy fence. We needed to keep a small dog and child in the yard, so far it has done the trick. Looks great also. As long as your expectations are in line you should be happy. This is not “permanent” it’s also vinyl so keep that in mind. Easy to put together, all holes lined up and we weren’t missing any pieces. 130’ took a day to put up for my husband and I. We have a large tree in our yard that has lots of roots so we found had to find a work around. We used a post hole driver to put steel posts in the ground. Cut off all but a few inches of the “stakes on the fence that are supposed to go in the ground and simply slipped the fence over the steel posts. So far has been great, super sturdy and if we need access we simply unscrew and lift that section of fence. We got the gate as well and you do need to set that in concrete. Very happy over all, looks great, easy to install and saved us thousands.

This is a really great looking fence. Taken individually, the parts are pretty flimsy but once assembled with the gates it is much less so but there are a couple glaring design flaws. Note that the gate is farther off the ground than the fence panels, which are already sufficiently above the lawn as to practically dare a dog to go under. We placed bricks under the panels and gates to thwart that and that seems to work so far. She is not able to body slam the panels and knock them down which we took as a win (it is her go to move for any closed door or barrier). Nor was she able to squeeze through the slats mid-panel - once assembled they are sufficiently rigid to contain her. However, where the panels meet to form a corner SHE WAS ABLE TO EASILY BEND THE SLATS AND SLIP THROUGH, even though it appears to be a smaller space. It is difficult to explain, it has to do with the fact that the slats are opposing one another rather than side by side and and that placement renders them easily flexible. The edge of the slat is more rigid than the flat part. Sufficiently pliant that she ran through a corner as easily as her doggy door. We bought the wire fencing you see attached at the local hardware store and fastened them with strong zip-ties. Again, a really attractive fence but know that you will need to reinforce the corners with another post of some type (4X4?), or attach metal wire all the way around. A not unheard of option; having done so I've noticed lots of other types of fences use the same solution - most of the fencing that enclose horses use the wire.

I knew what to expect when I purchased this fence so I’m not surprised it wasn’t very sturdy. Vinyl is flexible and the two posts are in the middle so if you try to attached several sections together it will look nice but won’t hold up if someone leans on it or a kid tries to climb in it. I used it to protect my garden from our kids swing area so I actually cemented 4x4 posts into the ground in between each section. I purchased white vinyl sleeves to go over so it would match the fence. Now it is beautiful and very sturdy. I decided to purchase another set of two to go on top of a retaining wall to make sure the kids don’t fall if they get too close. If you just want a cute decorative fence this is an easy affordable option. It took me about 10 minutes to put it together on its own. If you need it to be stronger it is very easy to reinforce with posts. Overall I am very very happy with the purchase. If you do end up reinforcing with posts, I suggest you attached the bottom horizontal beam, then put in the stakes, then add the top horizontal, and then insert the pickets. The instructions say to assemble the fence and then hammer into the ground, but given its flexibility it is very hard to install it squarely if you do it that way. Just a tip based on my experience..
