I have an air compressor in the shed outside my shop. I have it plumbed in so the tank from my previous compressor is attached giving me extra air volume. I have an automatic drain solenoid to drain the condensate out of the tanks. I needed this Y connector to combine the tubes from each tank to a single tube to connect to the solenoid input. I have had zero issues since installing this. Roughly once an hour, the drain solenoid opens for about 15 seconds or so, limiting moisture buildup in the tanks - and the rust that comes along with the moisture. When I added a drain to the manifold the two tanks are connected to for the air supply, I used another of these Y connectors to add that 3rd line. I now have the two tanks connected to a Y, that Y is one leg of a second Y with the new drain being the other leg. The common from the second Y now feeds the drain solenoid. Still working perfectly at full tank pressure (unregulated). Since I had to buy a multi-pack, I have no idea what I will use the rest for. I am sure I can come up with something.

I have air bags in both of my trucks and from time to time I do something that causes a leak. These things work great to splice the lines.

Had a flat tire and one of my air lines got cut. I was unable to raise up my car and had to get it towed. Bought an air line cutter and a pack of these 1/4 push to connect couplers. Cut outside of where my air line was cut, connected the end pieces and boom, I was back up and running. My only regret was not having this piece before I got my flat tire. It’s a great product.

Well made unions; seem to be of nylon composite and in a very small form factor. I purchased due to the price against Parker/Legris. They are rated less @ 120psi but as I was using for an RO water system (~90psi) so that wasn't an issue. No leaks and worked great the first time. I would buy again.Note: If you are new to PTC type fittings it is inperative to use a proper tubing cutter on the lines. These types of fittings require a square, non-deformed cut to seal correctly and to not leak. If you use pliers, cutters or shears you are going to have a problem.
