Came 2 in a ziplok, inside a small box. Threads have red sealant on them, which is evenly distributed along the threads.I'm not using this for brake lines, I'm using them for water distillation with 1/4" copper tubing as the condenser, between 2 stainless steel water bottles while camping/hiking. The reason I'm mentioning this is because these fittings have inside the female pressure pocket, a male port that inserts into the tubing you insert into it. Copper tubing is cut with a cutter that scores the tubing with a carbide wheel, as you go around the tubing. This collapses the wall where it's cut. The 3/16" bore gets shrunk in half and won't fit into the collar. If you plan on doing something similar, you will have to ream the bore of the tubing to get it to fit properly. Once I did, the tubing fits perfectly and releases when I manipulate the lock collar.

These fittings were perfect for my project. The first thing I noticed is that the quality is very good. The fittings are tight. The hoses / tubing connection is very strong. Once installed they're not going to move. The tubing / hoses will NEVER come undone. No leaks. I will buy more if the need arises. The price was great too. Recommended.

No leaks, internal support tube, easy to mount. Good threads with sealant pre-applied. Good flats for the wrench. Will buy this brand again when needed.

I just couldn't see myself buying those garbage plastic push on fittings. So I found these DOT airline fittings to install airlines in my shop. Installation was minutes, and followed up with a soapy water test to find zero leaks. Will buy more..

some of these fittings the threads aren't perfect but can be cleaned up a little bit with a small file or thread chaser and then they work fine. Not all of them have an issue but for the price we will make them work.
