Perfect solution to capping a leaky, rarely used outdoor spigot. No costly plumber needed!

Arrived quickly, packed well. Much better than plastic alternatives that have poor threads. Very pleased.

Needed a cap for the drain on water heater and figured it wouldn't hurt to have a couple extra in the toolbox. These are very well made, heavy duty, nice cut threads, and o ring gasket thick. No issues at all.

These are very simple caps that can be screwed onto a water heater drain if you flush your water heater as you should and the cheap drain valve that most water heater manufacturers use starts to leak. Very good quality.

These caps were very reasonably priced and worked perfectly for my 2 hoses and spigots. Good, solid quality and even came with a roll of pipe tape.

Too lazy to actually fix it or get someone to fix it? Need to keep your hose from constantly leaking water and jacking your water bill up? Buy this, disconnect your hose, make sure you close your leaky faucet as well as you can, and twist one of these on until tight, and maybe pipe wrench it on a tiny bit more for good measure.Thankfully, these aren't round, so you CAN wrench them on and save your hand from scraping on the wall if you have a brick house like mine. Put one on in late spring, early summer, where the area around it was perpetually wet, and now it's dry as a bone. If it ends up failing sometime, you get two, so you have a spare. If nothing else, it's a cheap, quick fix until you can get the problem properly repaired or replaced.

These are a Must Have With Oil Burner Systems. I Went To Replace a Cap On The Infeed Side That was about 40 Years Old Because The Seal Gasket Was All Dried Up, I changed The Entire Valve With an Apollo Stainless Ball Valve and Figured It Should Have a New Shinny Cap Too, The Old Valve Was Leaking In The Packing So The Cap Prevented It From Leaking On to the Floor. I Got The 6 Pack and Replaced All The Caps on My System To Find Other Gate Valves Leaking and The Caps Preventing Drips As Well! Being Able To Use a wrench For Tightening & Loosening Is A Huge Must for Your Fingers To Get Them Snug To Make Or Break the Seal, Some Of My Old Ones I needed Slip-Joints To Get Them Off And You Can Do That With The Round Ones But It Makes Marks in the Cap So These Are A Better Idea! The Gaskets Seems Pretty Good and I Hope They Last As Long As My Old Ones (40+) The Old Style Gaskets are Hard To Begin With but Had Got Brittle and Came Out in Chunks Even On The Cold Side But The Hot Side Was Even Worse So This Soft Rubber I'm Sure will never Last 40 Years (HOT) But Replacement Gaskets every 10 Yeas Or So Will Fix That Should It Be A Problem later. I Give These a Solid 5 Stars and They Look Great Too. (Brass) Not Brass Coated Junk. In A World Of Trash Like Washer Machine Hoses With Tin Steel Fittings That Rust Out in 1 Year After Flooding Your House, It Is Nice To Find Quality Once In A While :O)
