This dual heat hot drink dispenser works as good as it looks! Used it for a hot chocolate bar and it kept the hot chocolate the perfect temperature for six hours.Temperature control is adjustable, which is nice. A note to the manufacturer, next version please make the cord unattach at the heating element, for easier removal of the urn from the base for filling and emptying.A beautiful hot drink urn for entertaining. I am pleased with my purchase.
