I recently received the Valgus Commercial Grade Stainless Steel 80-Cup Coffee Urn, and it has proven to be an excellent addition for large gatherings and events!This coffee urn is impressively easy to use with just two main ingredients: water and coffee grounds. To make coffee, you simply fill the urn with water up to the max line, insert the filter basket, add 200 to 250 grams of coffee grounds, and set it to heat mode. In about 15-20 minutes, you’ll have a large batch of fresh, hot coffee ready to serve. We used this at a garage sale event and every one who came was served with coffee and they enjoyed the gesture.The stainless steel finish of the urn is not only visually appealing but also durable, making it suitable for various occasions such as parties, office events, weddings, and catering events. Some standout features include the water gauge, which allows you to easily monitor the water level, and the non-drip spout, which ensures a mess-free pouring experience. The sturdy handles also make it convenient to carry and transport the urn.The only issue I encountered was a minor one: during the unboxing, I found some white residue inside the urn. This suggests that quality control could be improved to ensure a flawless product upon arrival. However, after a thorough cleaning, the urn performed exceptionally well.Overall, the Valgus Commercial Grade Coffee Urn is a fantastic product that delivers great coffee and is perfect for serving large groups. It’s easy to use, reliable, and looks great. Despite the minor quality control issue, I highly recommend this coffee urn for events, backyard parties, and any situation that requires serving a large volume of coffee.

This is a terrible design! We used it for an event recently and thought we were out of coffee because no more would come out of the spigot. We were wrong! The spigot is set too high and there was a good 30 cups of coffee below the spigot. We took off the lid, took out the grounds, and had to tip it to pour the coffee into something else in order to serve it. Not convenient and especially not safe when handling hot coffee/grounds! This will be going in the trash.

We used this at a big event for heating and keeping hot chocolate warm. It definitely did its job and seems to be a solid build. The cocoa was a bit difficult to clean off from the heating element at the bottom of the pot, although they offered a tool to put a scouring pad on that made it a bit easier than it would have been. I think that would have been a problem with any coffee urn of this type, and they offered great customer service, it came quickly, and was of a good value, so five stars!
