I took these oil lamp wicks on a recent camping trip, and they worked perfectly in my vintage lampl; the same one my grandpa used to use! At 33 feet there is more than enough to use, and fit my old kerosene lanterns just fine. If your new to lanterns and refilling the wick, I reco looking up a few vids on how to refill them (and remove the old wick) with older lanterns sometime the wick can get stuck, lucky we didn't have issues with these. The cotton wicks burned pretty evenly and provided a decent flame, which was great for lighting up our campsite at night, what a sight! Super reliable and a must-have for anyone who enjoys outdoor adventures or wants some backup lighting in the backyard.

If you are looking for lamp wick this is your roll. Easy to use. Just need to cut it to desired amount. It burned well didn't give off smoke. I used lamp oil and the wick burned cleanly and for a long time. The roll should last a long time.

This is nice and relatively thin wick for oil lamps that is compact but powerful. During the most recent arctic attacks from the north we made our own heaters for the green house and used these wicks in them. They burned for over 24 hours with no issues or getting burnt away. This roll will last a very long time unless you have a whole lot of oil lamps. They soaked up the oil very quickly and burned clean. I would get these again.

This seems to be good quality lamp wick, and a lot of it, at 32.8 Feet. This seems to be 100% cotton as is claimed. This should be enough wick to last the average person for many years since most people only use such a lantern during power outages or other such emergencies.Just make sure to check and see whether your lamp uses this 1/2 inch wick, or whether it is wider. This wick is meant for smaller lamps and the larger ones use a wider wick.It would seem that it's hard to go wrong with this wick since you get so much of it at a relatively low price when compared to some other brands out there. Recommended.

Decided to pick this up since I can't seem to find wicks in store anymore. Considering the infrequency (knock on wood) that I have to use an oil lamp, this should last me a very long time! Seems to be pretty standard wick material and composition. At half an inch, it is a little less wide than the ones that I've bought in the past, but hopefully that won't be an issue. Generally pretty happy with it. Now I just have to remember where I put it the next time the power goes out...
