I didn’t use until AFTER the return date expired, wish I could return! They are a fire hazard, the wicks get floppy with burning and fall to the side busting a few of my glass candle holders since the wick doesn’t stay upright, regardless of how much i tried figuring it out a solution. It got wax all over my coffee table. DO NOT BUY!

It is waxed and a quality wick easy to use .. I make my own pottery and when the inspiration hits me to make that pottery into a candle holder—These are perfect. The little white and blue cup in the picture was made by me and I have received compliments on the finished product….. by the way, I use leftover wax from expensive candles given a new life.

did a test burn just today of 2:1 of Beeswax:cocosoy (10% FO) in a votive for 6 full hours. Did not overheat the thick votive, did not tunnel. The votive will last around 20 hours I believe. Smells and burned perfectly. Will order many more today.

These candle wicks came a little later than I would have liked, but they are a perfect fit for small jars.

I LOVE the concept of a hemp wick (no zinc core vaporizing in the air you breathe). Yet, these are thinner than #2 wicking, so I am not sure how they will burn. I need to test them out in some candles first. So I was not able to use them in this batch of holiday candles, which was disappointing. Will try to update this review when I see how they actually perform in my candles. Again, hemp with beeswax coating is ideal from my perspective, and maybe they will burn as well or better than the more traditional cotton zinc core votive wicks I'm used to. Hopefully.

It does half the job. This is the second time I've bought these and the thickness of the wicks have been inconsistent through both purchases. Because some are thinner than others, it causes the wicks to slant which causes uneven burning. I hope they correct this flaw and provide thicker, and straighter wicks. Otherwise it provides a beautiful burn for my beeswax votive candles.

Not sure if it is normal or not but the metal parts are all rusted.
