I love this new tool and now eat tofu more often. It produces much better quality dishes than my old, messy and cumbersome ways of draining tofu that weren't nearly as effective. This removes so much moisture that the block I end up with is about 1/2 the original depth. This makes cooking with tofu easier. I've only used extra firm tofu.

It took a long time to ship to me. but the quality is very good .

seems well built, I believe it will probably last forever, came with broken drip tray (only plastic part)
