I am going to try these out soon with spring coming to west Texas. I'm in a newer neighborhood and a desert area. I think it's cool that you can put these around to repel snakes!

Keeps the snakes away - I am waiting for snake season and will update this review but they smell potent and arrived quickly.

It's hard to evaluate snake repellent just by saying no snakes came into my yard. I can say that the scent of these pods are similar to others that have worked in the past, so I expect these to work as well.

Very strong scent even through the package. Can already tell opening it that it's going to work. Not sure how long they will hold up with the weather only time will tell.

These are small balls about the size of a golf ball. It was easy for me to toss these in small spaces where my animals couldn’t get to them. They do smell a little like mothballs but the smell isn’t overpowering and they have other scents mixed in. I used these in my garage and under my house. Overall I was pleased with this product. Will be buying these again.
