The saw is working perfect. Very sharp! It is easy to cut quickly! I like it so much!I did not give it a 5 stars because the yellow handle is weak if I use all at its 30 feet long. It works perfect within 25 feet.I use tapes to enhance the joints. I also drilled a hole in the middle of the black section and put a wire inside to make it stronger. I think the hole on the yellow section is too close to the top edge. If it lower a few inches, it will be better. I also think the nice great polyester bag it comes with is a not necessary for me. Factory may reduce cost without the bag. The product worked well for me. I like it. I have recommended to a few friends.

Parts are very well made! Instead of a telescoping pole, the pole assembles in secure screw on sections. It is very stable considering the 30 foot height if all sections are used, you can make the pole multiple lengths given it is in sections.

A bit hard to handle as it is quite heavy when at full length but the scissor are very efficient. Exactly what i needed.

The saw cuts great. Joints don't hold up. Plastic hold together joints are weak. Not a durable joint. They break easily as the plastic joint have no flex.The saw is the best part. Have cut 8 inch in diameter branches. Just don't let the saw blade get pinched. Trying get it free 20 feet over ones head will cause the joints to fail. Have epoxed two joints back together. Can't complain it took care of what I was using it for. The money I saved by not have to call a tree trimmer out paid for its self.

I just used it today to trim branches around my flag about 15 feet high and was very impressed with the quality and the ease of assembly and disassemble. This is an excellent item for a great price.

The good:The connections are better then the other brands with metal screw fasteners. It’s light for the size. The hooks for slicing saplings work good after I sharpened them. Has a nice carrying bag.The bad:First time out fully extended the end came off and was stuck up in a branch. The end fastening hole was missed by the screw so it just pulled right out. I had to knock it a bunch to loosen it off the branch and it fell. Not easy. I was able to put it together as designed and now it’s good. The hooks were dull. The saw blade sheaths are garbage.I still recommend it.I haven’t found a need for the chopper.

Overall is a good tool to cut taller tree branches. Easy to assemble and operate. Of course the taller the assembly, need more energy to operate. Anyway, I recommend this tool. Better than pole electric saw.
