I have owned several large capacity stainless steel dog water fountains and this one is up there with the best of them. Easy to setup, easy to clean, and quiet.I just ordered some replacement filters which were easy to find on Amazon.The capacity is impressive. I have found by the time the red light comes on it is time for a cleaning. This will depend on factors like the number of dogs in your house, humidity levels, temperature, etc.Cleaning is fairly simple as it is easy to disassemble, but since it's big it takes some time. I prefer to wash it by hand as I don't have to completely disassemble it. Taking the pump apart is easy to do with a butter or fish knife.Well made, huge capacity, and easy to clean. A winner in my books!

Très contente de mon achat, une fontaine XL bien pratique avec deux grands chiens et un chat 9de petit gabarit) !Je vais sûrement en acheter une deuxième pour mon sous sol. Installation facile, pas un bruit, et l'inox qui dure mieux dans le temps.

I bought this because I wanted my boys to have a fountain of fresh filtered water that had a large bowl capacity so I could reduce filling their water to twice a day. If you have bulldogs you know about the drool that lays at the bottom of the bowl. This system filters the water to prevent that film from forming on the dish that drink from. The fountain is lovely and quiet and the entire design of the bowl is easy on the eyes and built to last since it is stainless steel. When I replace the water I rinse it and once a week it goes in the dish washer for a good cleaning. The light level is not something I would want in my bedroom but it’s perfect for my kitchen and I like that it provides a little light in the evening.

I purchased the FEELNEEDY 3 Gallon Stainless Steel Dog Water Fountain for my friend WK, who has a large dog. The size of this fountain is perfect for bigger breeds, ensuring they have enough water throughout the day without constant refilling.One of the standout features of this fountain is its stainless steel construction. It’s a great alternative to plastic, making it more durable and hygienic. WK appreciates this aspect because it's easier to clean and doesn't hold odors like plastic can.The fountain also keeps the water fresh and encourages his dog to drink more. WK has noticed his dog drinking more frequently, which is exactly what he hoped for.

This is a gigantic fountain mainly for dogs, the swirling motion of the water makes it very quiet as there's only the hum of the motor and no water sounds. The capacity is quite large and would be enough for even a large dog for multiple days at the minimum. The fountain body is stainless steel but the water will always contact plastic as the filter housing, pump, and spout is plastic.I have some complaints about the mechanisms though. The pump is just loosely fit onto the spout and fell off a couple times when trying to assemble it. Plus the pump's cord is just routed from inside the water to the back of the fountain, it's much more annoying than battery powered fountains to handle. Plus the gigantic black bar on the top is purely for decoration as it's just a very tiny spout that redirects water going up to the side. Cleaning that bar is also difficult as there's no way to disassemble it, luckily the water channel is extremely short so I can just spray disinfectant/cleaner into it. A minor nitpick would be it's nearly impossible to see the water level unless you shine a light through the window.Overall it's a pretty good fountain, the extreme price is because there is quite a lot of stainless steel.
