I love the double layer sifting to help make sure I get the smoothest sift. It comes apart easily for cleaning up and has a nice smooth action pushing your flour or sugar through easily.

I had an old metal sieve that was supposed to be stainless steel but some parts had rusted. When I received this I recycled my old sieve. I use a sieve often and so far have used this for different types of flour and sugars. It will hold 3 cups of raw product each time but I keep it to one cup and it works great. If pieces get caught in between the mesh screens just a few more rounds will ground them out. These will also melt when you wash it. It is comfortable and works fast. It does not mention if this sieve is dishwasher safe so I hand wash it with hot water and it comes out clean. This is mostly made of plastic except for the mesh screens. I will use this frequently and will update my review if anything changes as the plastic pieces that move back and forth when using the sieve hopefully don't fail.
