The RackPath vertical wall mount rack is designed to mount your network and telecom equipment such as servers, routers, patch panels, network switches and power strips securely while valuable space is limited. The versatile design allows to flush mount your 19’’ equipment vertically to the wall or horizontally to the bottom of a desk. This mount is anchored to a cement basement wall, and holds up my UPS perfectly.

Had to add an additional switch in a wiring closet where the one switch was screwed to the wall with the rack mount ears at 90 degrees. Put this up, dropped the old switch in it and added the new one. Looks good, nice and simple install.

This mount feels sturdy, but the hinges get in the way because the hinges are right on top of the 16" mount holes. If you're mounting to a plyboard, it would work fine to use the other holes, but if you're trying to mount to studs, like I was, it isn't going to happen.

For the 1U hinge is unnecessary but I get it for mass production with other 2U 3U etc extended. That extended allow to fold in tight space.Otherwise, good product at this price point.

It's a nice solid piece, but the hinges made installation kind of a pain, and it requires more screws to keep it rigid.

I wanted to get my 1u router out of the way. Mounting it on some plywood with this thing was easy and fast. The unit is completely over built. I could probably stand on my router now. LOL I do recommend putting up plywood first, you can then mount everything on the plywood. I wouldn't screw it into drywall. I think I would get a 2u next time.. Just to have the extra spot "just in case." Not that I need it. There is enough airflow behind against the wall. You may want to think about dust management. I didn't at first. To solve it I put plastic plugs in all of the open ports. Definitely lay everything you want to mount out first. I YOLOed it and regret it, measure twice mount once. lol

I wasn't sure what to expect when I got this, there's two ways to mount the rack as per the description and instructions. I chose to try a different way, not knowing if it would hold it the way I wanted it to. My server is about 80 pounds and I have mounted it in a way that is not described in the instructions, and so far, no problems.

Sturdy mount. Used 2 of these to mount a 2U server to the bottom of my desk.Works great for a single machine. Would probably work great for a router and switch install as well.Took some off as the included hardware is very soft and had 3 screws shear when trying to install.

Reasonably priced and the quality is excellent. Came with all the mounting hardware required, including cage nuts and screws for the rack equipment.
