A tab on the elbow of my DW frame cracked and was not making a tight connection. The only concern I had was how easy it would be to connect a new one to the frame. No problems whatsoever. It took longer to open the cellophane than to connect the elbow to the frame. Attached to the tubing just like new! Recommend this!

Elbows didn’t fit my Cpap hose, broke one trying to make it fit, couldn’t return.

These work, but they do not swivel smoothly at all. They also make a significant whooshing sound where air is released.. and I mean a LOT of noise. Might be worth getting the genuine Respironics one since it isn't something that needs to be replaced frequently.
