I purchased these to go with pitchers I never received and are no longer available. I have other filters but they were plastic. These are very sturdy and easy to clean

I really should have to pay more careful attention. I was thinking, "Yeah, I got a large mason jar." Mine was 32 oz. This requires 64 oz. Interestingly enough, though, my 40 oz steel-walled cup is tall enough. The top doesn't seal but if I want to make cold brew coffee, I could. I actually got these with the intent of using them to infuse flavors into vodka. I see now I may need to order a couple of jars if I can't fined one locally.

These filters fit very well in to a wide mouth mason jar to make herbal infusions. Only disappointment is that the silicone ring slips off fairly easily, but not a huge issue.
