Also, I just got my metal singing bowls. They fit in the palm of my hand and does not have the vibrations that the crystal singing bowls do. I also find that the crystal bowls have a depth to the sound while the metal is like chimes. It doesn't hold the sound either and fades quicker than the bowl, so harmonizing two tones at once is difficult. I like the portability and functionality.

I absolutely love these small Tibetan bowls! 🥰 The craftsmanship is beautiful, and they create a lovely, soothing sound that adds a calming vibe to my space. Perfect for meditation or simply as a decorative touch, they have quickly become my favorites. Highly recommend! 🌟

Arrived in 2 x days which was nice, but the large bowl doesn't sing or make any noise at all. The small bowl has a beautiful sound. I guess one out of two isn't bad.

Let me begin by saying I never had any exposure to singing bowls before in my life. I was seeing them frequently online, and I thought they seemed sort of cool so I figured what the heck, I'll try them. Thought that even if I couldn't get them to sing, they'd still make for some mighty cool looking decor. Well much to my surprise, I am actually able to make them sing. They are actually very pretty sounds. (For whatever reason, I have more success with the smaller bowl, but perhaps it comes down to a balancing thing. Small bowl fits much better on my palm. Hopefully with more practice, I'll become more comfortable with the larger bowl too.) I had debated on this purchase for a little while, but overall I'm really glad I bought it. It's actually enjoyable just putting your attention into it. Sometimes the mind just needs a little distraction, right?

These singing bowls are gorgeous and easy to use. I find them to be louder and have a longer duration/higher vibration if I hold them in my hand rather than sitting the bowl on the small pillow that came with the package. The sounds that these bowls make are beautiful, and the vibration is intense once the bowls are warmed up. It took me a day or so to get the ringing pattern down and the vibration that I was seeking, so do be patient with yourself. Remember that when you are using the mallet to ensure that it does have contact with the bowl as you circle the edge. As well, I found it useful to ensure that you are using arm motions when using the mallet, rather than wrist movements to manipulate it around the bowl. The only thing that prevented me from giving this 5 stars is that the felt on the mallet has already started to smooth after just a few days of use. I have already placed an order for additional mallets as I will be using the singing bowls multiple times a day for meditation. Overall i am very pleased with this purchase.

These bowls are nice and small so you can hold them if you wish. Beautiful sound. Will make a great Christmas gift.

I love the medium sized bowl. It sings so beautiful but the small one will not sing. I have tried all different techniques, hand, pillow, etc. It will not set and sing in any position. Leaves me more frustrated than helped. The medium bowl resonates deeply with me. Just so sad the little one turned out to be a disappointment but please read the update below...Update: the company worked very hard on trying to help me with my purchase. Thank you Mary for all your contact. I received another small singing bowl. AFter placing it on a pillow, instead of the circle, I was able to get it to sing for short periods. The small bowl is very light. The ring that comes with it is shiny smooth and does not hold the bowl in place. I saw one person recommended double sided tape to hold it in place. I put off doing that as I did not want to hurt the finish of my bowl. Using a pillow is really a great replacement to the ring. I purchased the pillow here on amazon. I am now looking to buy a larger bowl. The sound that comes from these things is amazing and just resonates with my soul.
