I ordered these swivel hooks for flying flags. Overall, the quality seems OK. The swivels swivel properly and smoothly. The clips open easily and the springs cause them to close up properly. The black coating is durable but is not impervious to scratching or rubbing off. (Not a big issue for me but I mention in case it matters to someone else.) The clip opening is not exceptionally large. In retrospect, I would have chosen something a with an opening a bit larger. These will work for most 3x5' flags (the size I usually fly) but only just barely. The bail/swivel connection isn't the best. Rather that having a hole of the right size and then swaging down the clip body, it appears that these were made such that hole in the bail was large enough to fit over the head and then squished down. This creates an oblong hole and the bail can slide back and forth. (See photo.) I am concerned that with wear and time, this hole could open up again allowing the bail to separate from the clip but we'll have to see what happens with the passage of time. It doesn't seem like the best possible construction. For all of that, the result does seem to be sturdy enough to use.As always, if I have an update on the long-term use of these clips, I will update my log.

These are great. They are very strong, easy to use and waterproof. I got these to be able to attach accessories to the D-rings of my paddleboard. Much easier now to get the paddleboard set up and ready to use. The waterproof feature was a key reason I bought these. They are well made and the snap is not too hard to press to open.Enjoy!

Put my keys on these so I can hook them to my belt loops and they’ve worked great so far. I normally use bigger carabiners but they move around a lot and then get caught on things and with these because they’re so small they don’t move that much and I feel safer that my keys are closer to me rather than hanging around. They seem to be well made.

Nice clips. These are 2.5 inch snap clips with rings. The springs on are strong and don't hang up or snag. They can be used from many applications like for keys, flags, ropes and lines. Swivels spin without any hangups. They're said to be electroplated stainless steel to prevent weather and element damage. They are shipped 6 clips per order in a plastic case. Shipping was fast. I received them in a couple days.

Hooks appear to be well designed and holding up well so far on our flag pole. So far I have not found any of these type of hooks that do not wear out over time when used on a flag pole. Time will tell how long these will last and I will update review if they fail quicker than other hooks I have used of this type.

The 2.6 inch swivel snap hooks are quality clips that work as advertised and can be used for a multitude of items. It repaired the strap I had on a favorite handbag and worked perfectly. My husband also them for some of our small hanging plants. They are sturdy, waterproof and heavy duty to handle most projects requiring a swivel snap hook.

These are well made and nicely finished. The spring is strong and the swivel works smoothly. I like the black finish as well. I got them for my flagpole but they’re too small for the grommets on a 3x5’ flag. Not the fault of the snap… I should have gotten larger ones. I will find a use for these as well.

Simple Swivel Hooks with a nice firm spring to them. Used them to fly burgees and worked just fine. Not sure if they are truly marine grade but appears to be stainless.
