I am using these for diving. I have these on all sorts of gear. They are pretty good for what they are. They are strong and seem to hold up okay to salt water. I do wonder about their long term durability with the springs inside, but for the few months I've had them, they are going strong.

These are on the smaller side, so measure carefully if you need to match snap hooks you already have. That said, compared to hardware of this type I've gotten locally, these seem to be the same quality. They work, and what more do you want? Price is quite reasonable compared to local stores.
