Works straight out of the box. Purchased item because stray cats are marking and scaring my inside cat. I like the volume/intensity adjustment knob. I can hear the high frequency sound up close, but I don’t think it is very noticeable unless you know the device is present. Hoping this will help keep the stray cats at bay.

This is awful. Comes with tiny screws and no tiny screwdriver. Directions are terrible. Does this work only at night ? When do I know that it is charged? Looked for product support and there was none, just a video for a different product.

The unit was a quick and straight-forward assembly, with batteries already installed and ready to go to work. I was quite startled by the unit when I powered it up the first time between a very bright flash of light and the sound it produced, presumably to drive away the pests.We placed it outside in the front of our home where we had a patch of area that gets good sunlight and we had seen some pests previously. More on my update after we've seen what it does down the line, but for now, we're pretty happy with it.

Motion sensor works well after a few tests. I’m not an expert on which noises and frequencies will be most effective, but the product has enough varied noise options that I’m sure one will work. The noise is pretty loud and high pitched, recommend placing further away from areas where people are (eg wouldn’t place it next to a bedroom window or next to your patio set). So far no false alarms.

I’m very impressed with the product’s quality. It appears to be of very sturdy construction and should endure harsh outdoor conditions well. The only (minor) complaint is that the instructions are not very clear, probably due to a poor translation from Chinese. Otherwise, I’m happy with it.

Looks great upon un-boxing. I bought 2 and have them deployed outdoors. So far, they seem OK. I I'll review again later after they have time to make little critters go away.

This item works perfect for keeping the pests and neighborhood pets off my property, it’s very high quality, very good value for the money, very easy to set up and use, durability seems to be good construction and the sound isn’t too loud for humans
