How to Use

Due to a recent back injury, I am unable to reach down to the floor. Being the clumsy person I am, maybe the cause of the back injury, I drop things. This thing is able to pick up large or tiny objects from the floor. I don't know its weight limit, but I suspect its higher than what I can pick up anyway. I've used it to pick up work boots, a gallon of water(by the handle), tiny screws I've dropped, cat whiskers the cat dropped, and more. The rubber in the gripper end is soft and tough. It grips well and has become invaluable to me. I bought a second one so I have one at each end of the house. I told you I was clumsy.

This does work for lifting things off of my shelves and out of tall cabinets in my garage/shop, but it's a little on the light side for heavier things. Do not pick up babies with this. I know that now.

I like to pick up around the neighborhood and on the beach. Not every day but maybe once a week or less. I love the way this grabbed. Picked up cigarettes and the smallest things. But today as I was walking down the road collecting trash the tension wire snapped. I feel it should get more than 8 months of usage

I know, it's a basic grabber, how good or bad could it be?? Well let me tell you, this thing is great especially for the price!! It has a design that I don't think I've ever seen before. It is very well constructed, good solid design and materials and sturdy as it could be. But the most impressive part, at least to me is that the grabbing action is controlled by a very sturdy, heavy duty trigger which is attached to a steal cable that runs up through the aluminum body. I have to picked up numberous heavy objects with it with no issues. The grabbing or claw device at the end is the perfect design to pick up relatively larger items yet can also pick up items as small as a loose string on your carpet!! I highly recommend this product to anyone who has the need.

I got this product to help me get the clothes out of the bottom of my top load washer. It is a large capacity washer so it is difficult to reach the bottom to get my clothes and this product resolved that issue. It is the perfect length, easy to use, and can be folded to take up less space. It has silicone on the end where it picks up items so it can hold onto things with ease. I have not tried picking up anything other than clean clothes with it but the claws open wide enough to pick up several articles of clothing at the same time. I would highly recommend this product.

I bought this after having abdominal surgery because bending over was pretty much impossible for about six weeks. This thing is great. It’s very lightweight and I think it would break easily if you were rough on it but if you’re just using it to pick up the kids toys or pick up the bowl so that you can put some cat food in it or picking up something you dropped this is a perfect tool

I find it an absolute excellent tool. If there is one drawback, it is that it is too long. I know the idea is that the reach is longer, but when you pick something up from the floor, you can't easily pick it out of the claws with your other hand!
