Using these snaps with this snap pliers, on standard 2-layer cotton fabric or on single or double layer stabilizer, the snaps could not stay riveted. Even after just a couple of open/closes, the female snap end pulled out of the prongs, leaving the fabric weaker. This happened with way too many snaps.Also, it was hard to keep the solid caps aligned with their partner - for some reason, many of those attached to the partner misaligned when using these pliers. I had to really check that the solid cap was centered in the pliers.

The snaps themselves work fine and the colors are all very pretty. They look as advertised. The installation tool is not the greatest. It will install the snaps but I don’t feel like there’s enough pressure to securely install them to last for long. The rubber pieces that hold that snap pieces on the tool just don’t work great. Much prefer my dritz snap tool to use with these snaps.

The only issue with this is that the tool to apply the snaps became misaligned upon first use, making it hard to use. I wasted numerous button snaps because of this.

Arrived on time,but the instructions on how to use these are a joke and of no help at all. Maybe with some half decent instructions these would work..maybe, otherwise they're basically worthless.

The snaps are cute, the instructions are clear, but as soon as you snap the set together and then open them, they come apart. I’ve looked at videos and even had my husband try, thinking I just wasn’t squeezing the tool hard enough, they come apart. I’m incredibly dissatisfied.
