These are heavy duty mini pie pans. I used them for my fake bakes but they would definitely work very well for real pies and tarts.

You really need to butter these up good. My mini pies all got stuck. They were easy to use otherwise and just the right size. The top edge is a little sharp, but not enough to never use them again. Not the easiest to clean since there are so many ridges, but that probably would be the same for any tart tins. I also noticed when soaking them, they got suck to each other when nested. It must have created some sort of suction which was annoying. I think for my purpose in the future, I'll put a cupcake liner on the bottom and use extra butter or baking spray on the sides. Recommended with reservation, but will happily use them since I now own them.

Really liked these tins. Made spinach stuffed brioche buns for a luncheon. They were so cute! Also the brioche popped right out after baking and EASY to clean.

I like these molds. Just be careful in washing as they may be a bit sharp. I like it in general - the size is perfect and my dessert is easy to remove. I didn't see the instruction that says put drops of oil and to leave some dough hanging for easy removal so I was not able to do any of these; yet, my dessert came out easily and perfectly.
