These are great. They make a very shallow tarts - and quite delicate.The tarts are easily removed because of the bottom. I spray first and they work very well.

I bought these to make mini pies for Thanksgiving and they were a huge hit- a fantastic alternative to standard sized pies for serving/sharing after a big meal. These are easy to clean, had zero issues getting pies out.
