Great connectors, only problem is they will not fit a 12 ga. wire. The product description says it will 12 ga. and 14 ga. wire. These may work nicely for the 14 ga. but not for a12 ga. wire. I specifically purchased these for connections because I need to make connections 12 ga. wire and the ears for the silicone sleeves and wire barely cover half of the sleeve and wire. Very disappointing. Upon further examination, it appears the 12 & 14 ga. wire specified in the product description is for SOLID wire, not stranded wire. The same gage stranded wire has a larger diameter than its equivalent solid wire. That is, a12 ga. Stranded wire is about the same diameter as a 10 ga. solid wire. The product description does not specify for solid wire.

I used this set to fix a messy wiring connection in my engine which now allows me to easily separate and remove the auxiliary radiator fan when doing maintenance. The kit is well documented and made for an easy installation. Absolutely with the price for the peace of mind of a solid connection.

After running these connectors for a few months, the pins stay in place which is nice. I'm taking one star off for the performance in higher temp areas of the engine bay though. The plastic has become very hard and difficult to disconnect, very close to breaking.

Clips are pretty good quality good seal when connected, only issue is the rubber grommets are a little big for 18ga wire and can see some potential for water seepage.

Don’t waist your time on this product if you are doing 12 awg wire! The connectors do not crimp all the strands, they are too small . Try something else. I’d give it a 0 if I could, pure waist of time and money.

Quality is tTerrible, the male pins don't line up in the center and when you try to move them to the center the tip of the male connector opens up. I've been using similar connectors for 30 years and these are by far the worst.

Works great pins and plugs work with the oem ones and seem strong and sturdy. Great price.
