I love how quickly this heats up, it makes an amazing cappuccino and has saved me so much money...but my favorite has been the customer service. It has been top notch which means a lot to me as I work is regulatory customer service space. They are responsive and helpful and top notch

Since I got my new espresso machine, I have never ceased to be amazed by what it can do. The quality of each cup is absolutely stunning, with a deep, creamy flavor I've never experienced at home. The machine is robust, elegant and very easy to use, making it a perfect option for coffee lovers like me.What has really left me speechless is the customer service. I'm almost 78 and have used many coffee machines including drip, Keurig, espresso and Nespresso. All seemed to work to meet some of my tastes or needs, until now.I had used the predecessor Ilavie model for 18-months and it did most of what I wanted until I decided to try this model - EM3111A. I had no idea just how good home-brewed espresso could be without paying a high cost or committing to disposable coffee cartridges.What an amazing surprise. The brew is perfect, smooth and satisfying. The first day, I liked it so much that I brewed another cup - not a good idea because it kept me up that night. I'll buy some decaf beans to get the experience without the sleep problem.The design has been improved with a larger and easier to use water tank, a better drip tray feature, a reengineered coffee filter holder and even suction cups on the base to ensure that it doesn't move around while working.But while it shines in its output, it excels in its ease of use. One button turns it on. When it's ready, it beeps and you can touch either the one-cup brew or the two-cup brew.I've found that the two-cup button gives me an intense brew. But pushing that button again for a second pass using the same coffee, gives me the perfect cup, twice the amount of coffee and an even smoother drink with a great head of foam.It's a great coffee maker at a great price!

UPDATE: I bought this 4 months ago and use once a day in the morning. It started smoking and smelled of plastic. I am assuming it is the pump for the frother. Pay a little extra money and get something works likes it's supposed to and lasts longer than 4 minths!This is my first machine. 3 stars due to having to run water through the frother to get it to cool down so I can brew the expresso in a timely manner. That is a pain, may be better to spend a little more to get a next level machine.

Makes good espresso. Steamer also works well. Easy to operate.ADVICE: Turn the machine OFF as soon as you finish making your espresso or after frothing your milk, which works best after making the espresso due to overheating. The first time I used the machine, before making a second cup, I left it on for a bit, and the machine overheated and wouldn't operate until it cooled down. Shutting it off after operating between making espresso solved that issue.
