This is just like the grain bags I get with my kits. I'm a decent brewer, not great, and these are good for those times when I go off on something different and need one bec I don't always use a kit.. These bags are pretty good- 20" long, so there's lots of space for the grains when you put this into the boiling water, leaving a long tail to clamp it to the rim of the pot (like I do) or use some other way to keep it from falling in.

let so much crap from my grain through. when compared to a normal batch, probably 3-4 times more junk at the bottom of my carboy. DO NOT BUY.UPDATED:They did refund my money when I complained, so that was good, but still ruined my beer.
