These filters are great for straining off the liquid from grain mashes. A must have.

I use these at the bottom of my fermentation buckets, I have to cut them down a couple inches but that is fine - tin snips to cut and a bench vise to pinch/bend over the end is easy to do. Very little sediment comes thru.

I use the boil kettle as the first fermentation vessel. I was concerned this would clog when transferring to the secondary. Not only is that not the case but I'm pretty certain less settlings are being transferred. Pleased with the purchase.

Well built and efficient strainer to keep grain out of beer wort. I installed mine in a chest cooler connecting to a bulkhead and valve. Very satisfied with the results.

I have 2 mash tuns and 2 false bottoms and took out the false bottoms and installed these. Works great and much easier to clean ! You don't have to worry about grain and hop debris stuck under a false bottom.
