Use the brew in a bag method with a 50 -60 qt kettle. This bag fits kettles with a diameter of 15" - 17" up to 22.5 " tall.

....or you will buy again or quit BIAB. I forgot and burned a hole in the previous one. This is my 3rd from the same place. Before I had two from Europe. This is much better.

This is my second brew bag. Would still have my original brew bag but I'm an idiot and used an immersion blender and cut the bag open.
