Update: After looking at the Amazon listing again, it lists the parts that we received. The instructions that came with the cage listed the other parts. So I'm keeping it as a 4 star review for the confusion, but did receive everything right according to the Amazon listing.Update #2: Bought a second one and now it's a lot better for our kitten. If you get this one, buy 2. Also adding another picture.The pieces are nice and it goes together pretty fast and easy to make a decently sturdy cage. The zip ties help and come with a good amount to use. It's big enough for a kitten or other smaller pets like bunnies or ferrets. My only complaint, and why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is that we got a wrong piece. It should have had 13 regular sides and 1 door, but we got 12 regular sides and 2 doors. I made it work though by putting one of the doors at the top and using the extra door latch and a few of the zip ties to really secure it on. It's the 2nd picture with the top down view.Anyway, it will work for the kitten we are getting, until it gets bigger, and I would recommend this cage.

Doesn’t hold together, gate “locks” came broken. Couldn’t hold a singular kitten. Parts don’t fit or even look like what is on the instruction page. I’ll get my money back, but I won’t get my time I wasted building and returning this trash.

Was nerve recking putting it together. Little smal good use for kittens only. Ladder does not stay in place, have to ziptie it in order to stay in place.

The instructions that came were not clear at all and was missing a lot of steps but I put it together and used it for 2 days, had to take cage outside with cat and the cage broke and my cat escaped and almost went missing! Would not recommend at all..Avoid is possible.

It's great for small cats or kittens. My cats is in the bigger side yet he loves it. Maybe later will order one more.

I ended up not being able to use this with my cat. I noticed the picture showed a kitten but I thought my cat is small so it will be fine. Well when I put her in it she went crazy and was climbing the sides and hanging from the top upside down. She looked the size of a tiger in a small cage. While she was doing all of that I could see the whole thing bending and wigling. She managed to head butt the door into popping open. So unless your cat is a kitten or is used to being in a cage this is not for you.
