They are exactly what I needed to stop my husband, who has dementia, from turning up the thermostats and starting the pellet stove. We already had 2 incidents of smoke filling the room. These were the perfect solution.

1 sur 2 de Parfait. J'en est eu un qui était Parfait avec de jeunes enfants pouvoir restreindre l'accès au thermostat est super. Toutefois le deuxième le verrou était monté à l'envers nous avons donc due le réparer nous même avant de l'installer.

My family constantly fiddled with the thermostat. One moment too hot, next too cold. Up, down, wup, down. I got tired of it and bought this two-fer pair. Easy and quick to attach to a home wall to lock the access to a thermostat. Four holes in the drywall to hold it in place, and you're done.DOWNSIDE:1. To change the temperature, you need the key to open the box---unless, of course, you have a thermostat that is accessible online through a wifi link [like me].2. Although made of clear plastic, they are evident to a guest--- who might wonder why this place needs to secure its thermostats. [ANS: when house guests are visiting, I just unlock the box.]

I wish I could find some good boxes that people could not get in so easy these will work but you can pop them open with just about any key

The thermostat lock boxes in this package are pretty nice. Make sure you measure the thermostat area when ordering. These just covered my thermostats. They were relatively easy to install & come with 2 keys per box. There are instructions in the boxes. Like I said these just fit my thermostats, so take measurements. But they work good & are a good price for 4 of them.

We bought it to keep kids away from thermostat in church. It's not very strong and the kids can probably knock it off with a whack or two.

Very is to install, nice size to fit multiple size thermostats. I work at a restaurant and having these saves dollars. Being able to lock thermostats at work and keeping employees from adjusting the ac too low and freezing the units is life and money saver!
