I use this in my business and it has held up well. The only flaw is the door can only be left open if unlocked and doesn’t latch without locking. Other than that great product does what I need it to do.

We bought this because the teenagers kept lowering the AC and the bill was getting ridiculous. This simple little case did the trick. Installed easy and the key mechanism works effectively. I mean, the kids could totally rip it out of the wall if they were so inclined, but they got the point and now the power bill is manageable and thr AC temp is stable.

The box is fine but the wallboard anchors are too big for the screws. Fortunately I had larger screws, though those barely fit through the holes in the box. A simple QC issue that really detracts from the product.
