Several ladies wore these socks on top of their sneakers for our Line Dance Class and I can attest, it makes it easier to pivot and glide after I used a pair. Havenβt tried them with my Zumba Class, but I am sure it works the same. Great purchase!

I like my older dance sock overs made out of cotton sock material b/c they were less slippery on wooden, concrete, tile, and vinyl floors but still had a bit of resistance to prevent slip and falls. These dance socks work well on carpet and possibly grass surfaces. Also they are longer than the other cotton pair and tend to move toward the toes when dancing.

Flexible & easy to carry (fits in the smallest purse or a coat pocket .. Always ready to slip on over a pair of shoes or boots to go dancing on a smooth surface flooring.. Easier on the knees when you can slideπ

I had great hopes for these as I need to wear a shoe with good support, but cannot pivot or turn in most of them because of the grippers and dancing requires turning around quickly and pivoting. Wearing these, I was afraid for my life as you totally lose control of your own feet and there is a danger of slipping over.

My dance partner has special shoes that are built up on one side to lengthen that leg. It is simply not possible to get dance shoes like that, and without a smooth bottom, he injures his knees. This worked perfectly for him. Can't speak for the longevity, as we just used them today, but I decided to order some for myself too after I tried them on over my Blochs. Then when I travel, I don't have to take a pair of shoes just for dance, and I always like to explore Salsa clubs in a new city.

I got these dance socks for my cardio dancing class, because sometimes the gym floor is tacky. With these socks over my shoes, I can do turns without worrying about twisting my knee. Iβve used one pair for a week so far, and they show no signs of wear, so Iβm hoping they will hold up well over the next weeks.
