This material is way too stretchy to be a brace. It feels more like a thick, stretchy sock. If you want a light compression sleeve just on your ankle to control swelling, this might work for you. But if you need an actual brace to limit movement of the ankle joint, then this isn't going to do anything at all for you.

These ankle brace are great for the price.Definitely that you get 2 in a pack.Is 2 pairs in a pack?Do you ask me for the price of one I think it's great.I could have went a smaller size.So what I suggest if you order them check your size

I have mild tendonitis in my heel and had noticed some varicose veins starting to appear in my ankle, so I felt I needed some extra support for my ankles. I was skeptical about these when I ordered them, but decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. They offer great support at work, where I'm standing on concrete all day long and they're actually comfortable enough that I don't notice them when I'm wearing them. When I wear them, I have no pain in my heel, so that helps a lot. I saw a comment about them rolling down, but I've never had that issue. It takes some work to get them on and off, but then again, if it was easy, then they wouldn't have the compression they need to have, so I'm fine with that. Very happy with these.

These gloves are the best ever. I use them at the barn everyday. They feel so good & feel like you are not even wearing any gloves. I have purchased a second pair. Great price too!

I ordered the ankle high. These fit me well, not too tight and not too loose. To gauge, I am not a small person. They are of good quality for the price.They give moderate support. I wouldn't classify them as a brace. A brace doesn't allow much movement at all. These just give support and have kept my ankles from swelling.I wash these by hand and hang to dry; as I do all my support socks, braces and under things. With that care they are holding up well. I feel like they would withstand a washing machine however I'd be concerned about shrinkage in a dryer, just based on many years of laundering experience. :)If I have any complaint at all, it is that they are a tube, not shaped like a foot. There are markings to indicate where your heal goes, and you should wear them that way and then they eventually mold a bit to your foot. But the problem is that where your foot then bends (in the interior "L" corner) there is then a wrinkle of sock which can 1) create excess material which might affect the fit in your shoe and 2) can be irritating to sensitive feet.

Not a lot of fit options. My chronic ankle pain needs a tighter brace. These compression braces may be more comfortable and somewhat helpful over time, but it feels like I needed something a little tighter or at least something that could be adjusted. I offer 4 stars instead of 5 only because I felt the advertising may have been a tad misleading about the thickness.

I ended up twisting my ankle and trying to get something to help the ankle. Braces did not work, but the compression here helps out way more than anything else I’ve used before. I was having pain in my ankle for about a month and after putting these on, it was instantly gone. I’ve been wearing them now for about a month and I’ve had no pain while wearing them once I remove them to go to sleep, I can tell the issue still there, but it is not getting worse and it helped tremendously
