So far I've used it twice on my pitbull puppy (7 mos). It worked great to keep her on her side. I like that it can be used as a leash if needed and that it can be used over the headrest or in the seatbelt buckle.

I love that there's 3 diifferent options for securing your pet. I love using the hook for my bigger dog and the headrest and seatbelt connection are really great for smaller dogs. I like the little bit of bungee in them so my dogs can pull a bit without too much strain. I do wish there were some longer options for shorter dogs so that I can secure them to the headrest or the baby hook since she tends to get tangled up when I connect her to the seatbelt buckle. Would recommend.

I got these for my families 2 little mini Aussies, which weights just over 30 lbs. and they are perfect, it keeps them from jumping in to the front seat, they are very well made and very sturdy (for the CORRECT SIZE and WEIGHT pet) They aren’t made for Rottweilers, pits, or LARGE dogs, which is very easy to see in the photo and read in the description. They are extremely easy to install and remove. We’ve even used them with leash extenders to give our pets (including a very timid cat that hates riding in vehicles) more room and freedom when riding in our SUV. Our cat, for the first time EVER, loved her auto ride. It gives your pet freedom, while keeping them more safe. Perfect for small pets and as a gift for others with small pets. We also used them at a trunk or treat event to keep our mini Aussies secured in the back of our SUV while giving them the freedom to move around and meet new people, they got SO MANY pets and loves from all the little ones, and could not get to all the chocolate we had for giving out. These are versatile, functional, and a must have for so many reasons

I have been looking at these for a few days on Amazon before deciding on this one. my dog loves to be in my lap and at the window at all times. Generally if I’m just around town it’s not an issue, however, I feel bad leaving him at home for the longer drives because it’s easier. The price couldn’t be better on this and for two of them, so needless to say, I was very surprised to see what great quality they are. You can use it by either clipping it in the seatbelt or wrapping it around the headrest. The clip for the headrest option has a safety lock on it if you use that option so after you clip it around your headrest, you can lock it so that it can’t easily come unclipped. My main harness for my dog has a little bit of length on the end so I’ll need so use a different one due to needing less length, I can’t have him with too much freedom in the car or he will end up in my lap or on middle console. I chose to use the headrest option mainly because seatbelt one would bring him too close to me and able to get into my lap. I also put the seat back some until I switch the harness. I have to keep him in the front seat near me, as he is rather needy. lol As my first small dog, I’ve learned that they need to be close to us, almost at all times. lol My only issue would be that I can’t shorten quite as much as I would like to. Otherwise everything about this dog seatbelt is amazing. Excellent buy, at a great deal.
