I ordered the 4 pack. The most length I could get was 8.5ft out of each pole which includes the 6in fork that goes into the ground. After calling Amazon, Snow was helpful but had trouble getting connected to manufacturer. So decided to order the 2 pack with the same result. Is 10ft only 8ft in china? I don’t know. But I can’t imagine they’ve got away with 8’ very long.
