I recently had the pleasure of trying out the 2 Pack Oval Roasting Rack through the Vine Program, and I must say, my first impression was quite positive. The moment I unboxed them, I was struck by their sturdy construction and sleek enamel finish. Made from heavy-duty steel, these racks feel incredibly durable and well-built, which is always a plus in my kitchen.The design of the racks is particularly impressive. The integrated feet elevate the roasting surface, ensuring that the heat circulates evenly around whatever you’re cooking. I’ve used them for various roasting tasks, from poultry to vegetables, and the results have been consistently excellent. We've used this rack as a trivet and as a cookie cooling rack. The cookies need to be fairly large for it to be an effective rack, but it gets the job done. Very sturdy, certainly more than robust enough to serve as a roasting pan rack. Well finished and manufactured.

Who doesn’t have one of these roasters? I got this roaster from my mother and I made a delicious Ribeye roast in it but needed a grate to get it off the bottom and let all those droppings fall off my roast.This worked perfectly! 5lb roast, 1 hour at 375* and it came out perfect! This was a 2-pack, so I either have an extra (for the same price as one) or I’ll give it to a friend!
