These fit in my sheet pan perfectly. We like to make breaded fish in the oven and these are perfect to keep the fish up so air can pass under them.

I bought 2 sets and loved them so much I ordered 2 more sets - Now I have 8 cooling racks that fit in one inch of storage space. The racks are sturdy, the mesh design prevents your cooling cookies from falling through the cracks. They cleaned up well (I hand washed). I love the fact they nest and store so compact.

I have used these racks 5 or 6 times since purchasing. I have used them to make oven-cooked bacon, and turkey, beef, and chicken jerky. The non-stick coating makes clean-up easier. I do not clean them in my dishwasher because I believe gentle handwashing, refraining from using metal utensils, and following temperature limits will ensure a longer life for my racks. Enjoy.

Larger than ones I have had previously so I am sure it will be easier to use for many things, even as a trivet.

Bought these to replace old cooling racks, now cookies don’t fall through if removed from cookie sheet a little too soon ;) They don’t have a coating so not worried about putting in dishwasher.
