Fits perfectly in my 9/13 Lodge casserole pan.Stainless steel cleans up well, and I never have to worry about damaging some paint or coating or having it flaking off in my food.

FWIW, these WILL NOT FIT Nordic 1/8th size aluminum sheet pans, they are too wide.

The Breville oven comes with chrome steel racks that are poorly plated and the chrome wears off easily. We have replaced them a few times. This rack is a perfect replacement for the broiler tray and is made of stainless steel. We have used it several times. It works perfectly, is easy to clean, and a great value, especially considering the quality of the original Breville rack.

These work well but are a bit flimsy compared to other racks. They are great as cooling racks, but if used in the oven for cooking, I expect that they will not be very durable over time.

Snug as bug in rug(or pan). Fits my Nordic 1/8th pan perfectly. I bought the pan to replace my old worn out pan that I use in my toaster oven/air fryer and tried to find a good fitting rack for it but to no avail(partly my own fault for not measuring properly). This one definitely fits the bill and is nice and sturdy. Definitely recommend, especially if you're like me and trying to find the right fit for your Nordic pan. What shall I cook for dinner tonight?

fit my roasting pan perfectly, wasnt exactly flat so i tweaked it just a fraction . its made from heavy gauge wire and looks like a good chrome type plating that shouldnt rust for a long time . good price too.

For quite a long time, I've been looking for a wire rack that fits a 1/8 (eighth) size sheet pan. I've gone to restaurant supply stores in person, scoured the internet for potential options, and even considered having someone custom weld one, but I eventually gave up. Strangely, some of the restaurant supply stores had tiny wire racks with square grills on them, but these were for an entirely different container and was too narrow to fit into a 1/8 sheet pan to any satisfying level. Having a sheet pan in this size is something I don't genuinely require on hand given my lifestyle, but the utter lack of 1/8 size wire racks bothered me so greatly that I've had sleepless nights as a result of this 1/8 sized sheet pan wire rack hole in my heart. I had plans with one of these, but the idea would never be tested until much later.A few days ago, I did my yearly scour through the internet to see if anyone miraculously developed a 1/8 sized wire rack. I've sent emails to random companies to consider making one since there's quite literally a market with no other options. I wasn't too hopefully during this run, but on a forum thread where other people were looking for 1/8 sized wire racks for their 1/8 sized sheet pans, someone found, tested, and if I remember correctly even posted pictures of proof and a link to this exact product page. Without a second's hesitation, I purchased this item.It arrived today, and it fits basically perfectly. The build quality of it is absolutely solid and I'm perfectly confident it will survive even regular professional usage even in extremely high heats. As you can see from the picture and the measuring tape, this wire rack definitely fits inside a Nordic Ware eighth (1/8) sheet pan. From experience, sheet pans aren't as perfectly flush as custom molded earplugs, but the sizing on this one is essentially perfectly spot on. I've provided plenty of pictures that show the gaps with measuring tape and my tiny fingers. Unfortunately, my measuring tape doesn't have cm on it (why is this even allowed?!), but hopefully this will be enough.I have only two issues, but none of these are enough for me to take off stars and risk jeopardizing this product's run:1. As one of the other reviewers mentioned, the wire racks only have one horizontal bar. If this wire rack could've had enough wires to form a square pattern throughout it, that would've been ideal. For the vast majority of culinary purposes, the current layout is sufficient, but I will very happily buy a square wire pattern upgrade.2. One of my major hopes for this product was to use an eighth (1/8) sized sheet pan and appropriately sized rack to use as a cheap but sturdy metal Chinese style tea tray that I wouldn't really have to worry about water damage on a bamboo or wooden one or even hot-water-on-plastic damage throughout the years. Purchasing a 1/8 sized sheet pan is quite cheap, worth it, and possible even in person, but buying a Chinese style tea tray in person is hardly ever possible, and buying one online is going to require several weeks of shipping time typically. Unfortunately, I wouldn't consider this wire rack ideal for this purpose. From what I assume is due to this wire rack's lack of a square wire pattern, my teacups and gaiwans with a capacity of 50 - 60 mL occasionally end up sitting crooked on the wire rack. It seems the base of my small teaware is tipping into the long lengthwise gaps in the wire rack, and that's going to be too much of a pain for me to comfortably tolerate. That's fine though since several years before I finally found this wire rack, I already bought a nice titanium Chinese style tea tray that'll outlast me, but once again I would've loved to have the option to do with with products that will ship within America and cost a grand total of roughly $17 US dollars.
