There are a lot of cheap cooling racks that are more aggravation that helpful. NOT THESE! Very nicely made and finished, high quality cooling racks that are nice and sturdy and roomy.

I bought three of these to replace some really old ones that were battered and rusty. These have a nice, bright stainless color, are sturdy and fit in a half sheet pan perfectly if you need a rack for roasting or backing something that needs to be lifted off the surface of the pan. Worked great for cookies, bread and other baked goods. The only thing that would make them better would be if they were dishwasher safe. They usually dont get significantly gooey, though, so it's not a major issue. I expect these to last for many years. Good product, great price.

This is a very nice sturdy cooling rack. It will accommodate large loaves of bread. However, it was poorly packaged. It was just in pieces of cardboard and taped. There was nothing to protect the rack. Luckily my husband was able to straighten it out somewhat. Love the rack but disappointed in the neglect by the seller.

I bought this rack thinking it was a half-sheet size, and I missed that this was a quarter sheet. So please keep in mind the sizing of the item when buying. Beyond that, it works great and is sturdy. I love the quality of it, so I didn't return it. I wish there were a larger size.

A nice sturdy rack. Not the easiest to clean but it makes up for it in performance. I'd buy it again so I have to recommend it.

Be mindful of the size of this item--it is very tiny. Enough to put a pot on but I think a larger one would be safer.This is sturdy and it is perfect for my use which is as a bottom of a large house plant. It allows the plant to be raised for water drainage--very useful and an inexpensive fix for my problem.

1) Measure your baking sheet BEFORE buying this.If you own a small sheet this will not fit if you plan to use it in the oven. Mine is old but fits perfectly underneath. Rack has a 1/4'' over the edge but I just don't place food on that part in the oven.2) This is not "nonstick."Nothing has stuck so far. Cookies leave their little bits behind compared to a nonstick that left nothing behind. However, this can safely be put in the oven whereas nonstick has a max temperature that is considered safe. Nonstick at a high temp, in the long run, will be ruined or peel.3) Cooks bacon awesome.Bacon is awesome. If you've never had oven cooked bacon over a rack, buy this and use it.4) Cleans easy.The design makes it easy to clean by hand. Other rack designs are harder to clean. I used to work in restaurants and the easier something was to clean the more often we used it. Dishwasher safe if you own one!5) Buy this before a nonstick rack.This baking rack does everything a nonstick does and can be stuck in the oven or over high heat. Get a nonstick later if you really need one.6) Have not tested it over a campfire yet.I imagine it should work over a campfire or grill since it functions in the oven great.
