Other colors (red, orange) must be insulated. If the inputs are used for 208V, only the white and red wires need to be connected. Other colors (black, orange) must be insulated. If the input is used for 240V, only the white and orange wires need to be connected. Other colors (black, red) must be insulated

I bought a 2 pack, I put was 240v validated with 120v though orange wire and 120v through white, voltage output was zero. Am I missing something???
