This rack mount does the job, but calling it “universal” is a bit of a stretch… kind of like when my jeans technically still fit after the holidays. The build quality is good, and it holds weight well, but depending on your equipment, you might have to get creative to make it work. The adjustable depth is alright, but setting it up can feel like solving a hardware puzzle with no clear solution. Also, if you’re expecting smooth sliding action, think again... this isn’t a fancy rail system, just a sturdy shelf. If you’re looking for an affordable way to rack-mount something not too heavy and don’t mind a little trial and error, this gets the job done. Just don’t expect perfection, and definitely don’t expect it to come with all the mounting hardware you might need.

I'm not really using this as expected, but it works great for my setup. I have a cisco switch, and it's so heavy, that my homelab grade rack doesn't really support it enough so it was sagging quite a bit, and almost bending the rails. So I got these rails to install upside down to keep the switch level and stop it bending the rack. Very pleased.

I bought this to hold an old PC so I can store it on a server rack. This works excellent for it, and holds the weight with no issues nor sagging. It is definitely important to properly screw in the side bars!

I got this to hold my firewall/router’s rackmount. The heart of my server rack. I wanted the ability to pull it out and make any and all repairs as needed. Unfortunately, as I’m finding with many of this brand’s products, the build quality and function are really sub-par.It’s a bit of a pain to set up, because at first you don’t realise it’s only going to extend about 4 or 5 in out. The metal bends somewhat as it’s not very good quality. Fitting this into my standard rack was also somehow surprisingly difficult.I would not want to have paid for this, and I would have returned it if I had. It’s a poor value at best.

The Tecmojo universal rails are well built, easy to install, and priced competitively. They adjust to accommodate a good range of rack depths. Gravity does the work of holding the server in place on the universal rails, so you don't have to worry about mounting anything to the case itself.I'm using the rails in a 26 inch deep rack, and they have been perfect for carrying a small 2U server I no longer have original sliding rails for. My server is on the lighter side, but the rails feel strong enough to hold cases that are pretty heavy.I recommend the Tecmojo universal rails. They're a life saver for situations where sliding rails are too expensive or hard to find.

Fairly easy to install, great and good looking universal rack rails. Easily mounted in my 30 inch deep rack and supported a 2u Supermicro JBOD.

I bought these to hold my short rackmount servers. I didn't feel okay with my servers hanging off the front mounts only so I installed these rails. Everything works 100% fine, it was very easy to build and size for my 24" rack. Sturdy screws and most all hardware was included (EXCEPT ACTUAL RACK ANCHORS).I would like it if they shipped with Rack Anchors.... I had to purchase the anchors for the actual mounting because only screws are provided.
