After carefully follow the video, this battery doesnt work. It was sent to me via a freight forwarder and if I need a refund have to return it. Spoke with 9 India based reps, all they do is copy paste the same script. Your CSR is pivoting down. Awful Customer Service, and worst product ever!!!!

Only had the battery for a few weeks but so far it has work well, it was easy to install and the screw drivers were a bonus, they will be nice to have for future projects.

Works the same as OEM, charges as normal again. Fixes orange light error code. They give you all the screwdrivers needed and a plastic wedge to not scratch anything, battery on the G7 is just plug and play. Easy install.

Easy to install on my Alienware with minimal directions. Most of my problems were actually removing some tough (2 out of 9) mini screws from the bottom of the laptop case, although the appropriate screwdrivers were provided. Otherwise, the battery works as advertised. An excellent and affordable old battery problem fix.

Fits perfectly, easy to install; seems to have an excellent mWh (59,998 mWh maximum design capacity). Lasts a long time (at least compared to my completely shot OEM battery). Hopefully this battery lasts a long time. Will post an update in a couple of months.
