TOTALLY UNSUITABLE FOR UK VOLTAGE SO WHY ARE AMAZON-UK STILL LISTING IT ?????? From other reviews this item will just burn out due to the excess volage so why does Amazon not respond ? An item that "IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE" in the UK

Works great - we use for my autistic grand son, he's non verbal & very good at escaping the house, yard, going into areas, and climbing, so in certain situations, we use to help keep track of him, and works great for this.

For anyone not wanting to pay a monthly subscription to a company or service provider to be able to be protected this unite does it with motion sensors and does not require a subscription to use it so it’s a one time fee plus does not require WiFi or internet access to your house for protection a great deal you get two different motion sensors and a base station that has over 30+ alarms and sounds to be honest I used the first one all the other ones to me sounded like ringtones or a doorbell the owl sound is pretty cool also the screws broke off into tree but no worries I replaced them with thicker ones overall I give it a 10/10 very satisfied customer thank you for you’re great customer service will be back for future purchase

I would not buy this product again for my use. I purchased this product to notify me when there was motion in my driveway of something or someone approaching my home. It does not send an alarm until the motion is within 10 or 15 feet of the sensor and is not very reliable. It does have some nice features like the different sounds and that you can choose. The second sensor is really not a plus since you can't choose a different alarm sound on it so you know which sensor is sending an alarm.

I have given it 4 instead of 5 just because I had to order a US to UK plug adapter, easily done here on amazon, so this did bump the cost up by £9, but I got a set of 3 convertors and as I bought 2 of these alarms, I now have 2 running and a spare convertor. They are working absolutely fine and alert me to my amazon deliveries that are often just left in my porch.

I just bought another set for my other home. These are great and so so easy to install. I installed 1 motion detector on the ceiling outside my front door and I placed the other motion detector just inside my garage. You can mount them with a screw or just set them on a flat surface. The receiver part is plugged into a wall-outlet in my family room. Now, I know when a package/mail is delivered or if someone approaches my front door or comes inside my garage. I would say the motion detectors are weather-resistant but not completely weather proof. I've used mine covered outside for many years with no problems.The volume can be adjusted in many increments to a very loud chime all the way down to a softer chime. There are multiple choices for the type of tone/sound you want to hear. Some are musical tunes. I like the typical ding-dong sound and that's what I use. You would have no problem hearing the receiver anywhere in the house (even on the 2nd floor) if you choose to keep the volume at a higher setting. The motion sensors are battery operated and I get around 6-8 months with regular daily detections. (Tip-use a marker or label and write the date on the batteries when you install them).I have told many people about this set-up. Several have ordered it for themselves and all of them have told me how much they love this.

Bought these after our barn was ransacked in the middle of the night. Cameras on the house failed to show the perpetrator. Installed these at each doorway. Noone will enter the barn without us knowing now. Downside is that any time the power goes off to the receiver it has to be re-paired with each sensor. You have to push button on the receiver and have 30 seconds to push button on all sensors to be paired. Which means all sensors have to be removed from mounting and brought to one place. Not hard to do just inconvenient. There is no way to turn off the alarm while my husband is working in the barn without having to pair the sensors again. It's worth putting up with extra noise though because we sleep better at night knowing our barn is safer.

I just got this driveway doorbell (very quickly) and it says that it is weather PROOF..not just weather Resistant..so we will see this winter. I Gorilla taped the sensor (300 ft receiver capability) to a pvc pole that begins my long, curving driveway, in direct sunlight all day. (So it will be a test. I covered mostly everything with tape except for the actual sensor hole for protection ), The sensors and the Chimer/Receiver look very well made and modern, sleek and demure design, which I like. So far are working perfectly! They give you two sensors in the box. I only needed one so I kept the other as back up.I can't tell you how absolutely THRILLING it is now to hear the beautiful chimes when a caller is arriving! It's somehow like receiving a Present! I really LOVE it! Never be caught off guard again! ( I tend to nap in a lounge chair by a window that faces the driveway. Now, whenever I hear the chimes I can just get up and close the curtains in advance! No surprises.. HAH! Lovin' IT! ) Thank you soo much. It was Simple-Simon to install. Looks great. and WORKS just like the directions said it would. (just install 3 AAA batteries and you're good to go!) Something WORKS for a change! I'm deeeelighted!...so grateful to have this doorbell now! Whaat a HELPER! Will give this as a gift at this great price for Christmas so others can experience this delightful joy!

This product is for US market only. No where does is state 110V only and has us power socket only. So now I need to return this at my expense due to the lack of information

Can't understand why this American voltage was available to ordering uk, postage cost to return item to America was nearly £20, so I'll be very out of pocket as item cost £33, I've never had a problem ordering from Amazon but this has put me off using Amazon in the future
